Struggles Closing The Sale

I was so close to getting that dang sale! How is it she was ready to sign and I all of a sudden I lost that sale! How is it? How is it possible to have it and then lose it?” Have you ever been in this situation where you have come so close to making those deals and then it just doesn’t work out at the end? Are you frustrated because you are not closing those deals? Well, today we are going to discuss just how to overcome some of the obstacles that are preventing you from closing those deals. First off, if you are struggling in closing those sales or you are getting all the way to the end when a customer stops and says “you know what that sounds awesome but do you mind leaving me a business card!” Yes, you know that moment, that feeling where you’re like “oh damn!” Well, today I feel like Superman and I am here to light a fire in your you know what to get you to close those deals! I am here to tell you that you can actually learn the reasons why you are not closing the sales!The first reason is your internal drive! Crazy as it sounds but most of you will fail with door to door sales because you just don’t have that internal drive to actually push forward to get that deal closed. Now, what is important to remember during your close is that when you are talking with the customer you have to maintain the same excitement! You never, ever, ever end off with disappointment! You always end off with a bang no matter the scenario! Put it in the back of your mind that knocking on doors is like a movie! Hollywood never ends a movie without a bang and that’s what you need to do in door to door sales. You need to end with a bang! You need to be excited and driven!

2. Bringing up features and benefits! When you are bringing up your features and benefits at the beginning you are discussing the features of your product. You need to know everything about your product in order to relay it to the customer and then you need to come out with a bang to where the customer is begging you to get that product.

The majority of salespeople knock on doors with low self-esteem, low self-confidence, they wonder if the customer is going to purchase their products if they knock on their door. My friends, this is the wrong mentality, the wrong mindset to have. Picture yourself as a lioness ready to get that deal to strive for that deal ethically! “Hello did you know that this product that I am presenting to you does this, this and this? But before I go into more detail I want to ask you do you think that if you had the product and service inside your house that ultimately that would change your life on a day to day basis?” The ultimate answer to closing sales is that you need to learn how to have an impact on your potential customer. Leaving your customer with the urge to want your product. I know so many people that knock on doors, introverts at that who offer features and benefits to the customers that make the customer want to purchase the product at the end.

I need you to focus on how to deliver the most exciting and beneficial information about your product instead of the sale. Ask for the sale! “Are you going to be home tomorrow so I can send one of my reps to install the product?” Something along those lines as a close but I go more into detail with that on my free video series.
