Frustration, It’s killing your sales

I get it, you are frustrated as heck that you aren’t where you want to be. I wish I could wave a wand around and just make you start selling. The reality is, it just doesn’t work that way. You have to know that door to door sales requires many things. The first is you have to be willing to dedicate time to both knocking and learning.

The only way you are going to get better is if you absolutely want to. When things get tough, how hard are you willing to push through before you absolutely succeed. Most people will not make it as a door knocker because they just didn’t fight hard enough to learn what works for them. Here is where frustration kicks in. Do you kick yourself, beat yourself up and say “WHY ME?” Why can’t I just freaking sell? The reason you tell yourself this is because you want the outcome but aren’t doing what it takes to get it.

In the current world we live in, there are many ways to make it work for you. Anything you are working on. Door knocking in this case, you just have to dig deep to find the solution. Start off by changing how you present yourself at the door. Instead of worrying about getting the sale, focus on how you can increase customer engagement. You need to be able to communicate with your clients. Engagement is what drives sales. Most door knockers do all the talking and barely listen to their customers facial expressions. Recognizing the level of interest your potential customers are is very important to your success as a door knocker.

If customers are not listening, they aren’t buying. How good are you in telling if whether or not they are listening to you. Are they absorbing what you are saying? Do they feel that they can simply tell you not interested and brush you aside? These are all things taught in my door knocking mastery program that if followed can really help you increase sales, by increasing customer engagement and decreasing frustration.

  1. I worked door to door campaigns selling lifeline phones for galactic marketing for years and whenever I got frustrated I just changed my territory and things usually worked out.

    • Yup this does help a lot, what it does is trick your mind into a new fresh start …. At the end of the day my trainings are to get you to not back down but to stand strong and go after closing your deals ethically… Heck if you always have to move to make it work there is an internal issue … we need to patch and fix that … from time to time its ok but not always … STRENGTH !!!
